15mm Stainless Steel Cutter Blade Replacement for QE QH QSJ-A Meat Slicer TJ130L

This 15mm blade is designed for use with the QE commercial meat cutting machine. If you require the machine body and blades of different thickness (2.5-25mm), please get in touch with us directly.

Characteristics

- External hanging blade design for easy cleaning and maximum sanitation.

Usage Instructions

1. Connect the machine to a power source with electronic leakage protection.

2. Check the blade direction after switching on the machine.

3. Slowly feed boneless meat into the machine to achieve desired slicing, shredding, dicing, and softening effects.

4. Blade replacement process involves powering off, removing the cover, unscrewing, and carefully handling the blade.

Maintenance

- Clean the blade with water or immerse it for thorough cleaning.

- Store the blade in a refrigerator with a temperature below 0 degrees when not in use.

- Regularly apply oil to the wheel gear and oil tank. Sharpen blunt blades when necessary.

Precautions

Avoid processing hard fruits, meat with bones, or frozen meat to prevent blade damage and machine malfunction.

Returns & Exchanges

▲  All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.

Defective & Damaged Products

eCheck Issues: Payments via eCheck do not clear immediately. Usually you will wait 5-7 days after checkout for it to clear. Then we will arrange shipments for you.
