FENDER USA American Vintage 57 Stratocaster 2001 Electric Guitar

Description

Fender USA's American Vintage 57 Stratocaster is now in stock.

The neck date is 2001 and the body date is 2000, so it seems to be a 2001 model.

Alder body with 1-piece maple neck/fingerboard.
A model made in the 1957 Stratocaster style, including a 1-ply pickguard.

The new model has a thin lacquer finish that was produced for the Japanese market.
This series has a model that uses nitro cellulose lacquer as thin as possible.
It is designed to take advantage of the wood's natural appearance while allowing you to enjoy the vintage-like changes over time.

The color is Dakota Red, which is not seen very often on the market.
After more than 20 years, the lacquer has become familiar and the color fading has grown into a tasteful look.

There is some slight wear and dents on the frets, but there is currently no sound clogging or rattling.
The pickguard has some areas where it has lifted up due to expansion and contraction, which is common with 50's style one-piece 8-point fasteners.
There are other signs of use such as scratches and dents, but after receiving the item, it was checked and overall adjusted by a specialist repair person, and is in good playing condition.

Original tweed hard case and arm are included.

Although there is a feeling of use, there is no problem in operation.
