Here is a quick deal for a vintage piece of movie memorabilia, featuring Marlon Brando as Jor-El in the original (and still best!!!) Superman movie (1978).
Let's cut to the chase: *I do NOT know what year this piece is from* (no date, nor clues). HOWEVER... it *was* acquired as part of a batch of _other_ Superman memorabilia pieces - many of which WERE from 1978. This piece is definitely "vintage" - and NOT a "recent" reprint etc. However... it may well not hail from as far back as '78. It's impossible to tell.. The condition is EXCELLENT (no pin-holes) and with a glossy style finish (i.e. NOT matt). I certainly do NOT think this is one of those (naff...) "Parker's Movie Market" style rip-offs... but can't be certain either way (sorry).
My personal hunch is that this was an original piece of marketing material (noting the confirmed provenance of the other pieces I acquired in the same batch) - but if this is critical to you (i.e. FULL vintage, or not) then I recommend you pass on it.
Size: 8" x 10" (approx.). Reverse side confirms Kodak photo paper status.
