Sweet Italian Sausage Seasoning

 

Description: 

Our simple formula produces a mild Italian Sausage flavor with a touch of anise sweet.

Use bulk style (patties) or stuff into 33-36MM hog casings.

Seasons 25 lbs. of meat.

Directions:  Combine 25 lbs. ground meat (85% lean to 15% fat), 1-2 cups ice water & 1 bag Seasoning in large mixing tub; knead well.  

Stuff into 33-36 mm hog casings; twist into 6" links, or use bulk style & form into patties.  

Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner.  

Package & store remainder of sausage in freezer up to 1 year.
