Gorman has been called the "Picasso the the Southwest". His uninhibited and free flowing style with a color sense that captivates the eye of the beholder.
Sadly Gorman passed away in November 2005 at the age of 74. When once asked how he would like to be remembered, he replied "That I was a hard worker and that I cared about people." He will be greatly missed but his art will live on.
