RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Once you have committed to buying the product here on Ebay, Skin Sentials are charged a selling fee and a Paypal payment processing fee which are non-refundable when an order cancellation request is sent to us.  For this reason, we are unable to cancel an order.  Please make sure that it is the right product you wanted to buy before clicking the buy button.
• Should you wish to return the item(s) you must email us directly within 3 days of receiving the item and return the goods at your own expense by recorded delivery. 
• Items should be returned as New, Sealed and in Original packaging.
• Items that have been opened, tested or used will not be accepted for return or refunds.
• The cost of shipping incurred by Skin Sentials for shipping a product in the UK or Internationally will not be refunded. We specify free shipping in the UK on our product listings, but we incur a postage cost which is included in the price you paid for the product.  For this reason, we will not refund the shipping on any return items.
