Our History

The two founding brothers set up their first garage in 1990 and by 1995, the size of the business expanded and was incorporated as Neo Brothers Ltd.

The continued growth and expansion of the company over the years has resulted in Neo Brothers becoming the leading and largest independent Saab specialist in Europe.

We have a worldwide network of customers and in order to cater for all budgets, we have in stock genuine new Saab original parts, original quality aftermarket parts, used parts as well as performance parts.

We are now a two generation family run business which has built its reputation on consistently being able to offer its customers a full range of quality parts for Saab cars at extremely competitive prices.

By way of background information, in 2005 and in order to meet the high level of customer demand for recycled parts, we went 'Green' and became a government licensed End of Life Vehicle centre.  We currently recycle a substantial number of Saab cars every year through our links with all the major insurance companies, local authorities, police and finance (repossession) institutions.  After depolluting and dismantling the vehicles, the parts are tested, cleaned, logged and shelved in our 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse.  This allows our customers the option of using recycled parts and saving on average up to 80% against the cost of the equivalent new parts from a main dealer.

We have in house in excess of £1m of stock that is ready for immediate delivery, ensuring a constant supply of Saab parts spanning across the range of Saab's from 1979 onwards.

Our aim is to make a positive and substantial contribution towards preserving Saab cars.

Parts Department

Our people within the parts department have a detailed knowledge of all models and are able to assist customers with their enquiries. They are backed up by highly experienced technicians as well as a large quantity of stock on the premises and also good support from our suppliers.

We offer a one stop shop, enabling our customers to buy the parts and have them fitted by us.  This not only saves time and money, but also gives peace of mind as the warranty is covered by the same company.

Workshop

By appointment, we are able to offer a full Saab workshop facility including Saab Tech 2 diagnostic equipment.  We offer everything from diagnosing a check engine light to a full engine rebuild.  Our daily dealing with the marque means that we know Saabs inside out. This translates to us finding the fault with your vehicle quicker than any other general garage.  All of our technicians are enthusiastic about the marque and have been involved with Saab cars in one way or another for a long period of time.

If you are looking to enhance your Saab's performance, your search ends here.  We have established a very strong relationship with Maptun Performance, the world's leading performance tuner for Saab.  We have spent many years researching and developing products with Maptun and are now proud to offer our customers unrivalled performance products for your Saab.   The hardware coupled with Maptun's meticulously tuned software allows us to offer our customers the complete package.  This results in your vehicle performing better without compromising reliability.  Our workshop can cater for any upgrade you wish to undertake, from a simple brake upgrade to a gearbox rebuild.

After purchasing one or several items, payment is really easy. Once you have made your purchase, you will be given different payment options. If you wish to submit a PayPal payment, you can follow the online link using the PayPal secure checkout. Within a few minutes after your purchase you will also receive an email from us. This email will provide you with additional instructions on how to complete checkout.

If you have selected to pay with a Credit/Debit card, then you will have to call our sales team to complete the transaction. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Please have your item number and ebay ID ready.

All orders placed before 2PM are dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Mainland delivery inc some Scottish postcodes - Orders will be sent out using a Next Working Day courier service, typically delivered within 24 hours of goods being dispatched.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands delivery - Orders will be sent out using an Economy courier service, typically delivered within 2-3 days of goods being dispatched. Europe & Rest of World delivery - Orders will be sent out using an Economy courier service, typically delivered with 2-5 days of goods being dispatched. For more information regarding delivery costs to your address, please use the delivery charge estimator during the checkout process.

In some instances, delivery post codes may fall in delivery surcharge areas set out by the courier company that will incur additional costs compared to what the website will charge. In this instance, we will endeavour to absorb the costs however we may have to contact you to discuss alternative delivery address or additional charges.

In the instance where your parcel may arrive to you and the internal parts have suffered damage, this must be reported to us via email within 24 hours of receiving your parcel in order for a claim to be made with the couriers.

Customers can return orders if the parts purchased are no longer required and have not been fitted/used in any way. In order for the return/refund to be granted, we must be informed of your request for return via email within 14 days of the original order being delivered.

It is the customers responsibility for return delivery charges and all returned goods must be returned in their original resalable condition.
