Beautiful print from original of the R. C. Gorman "Mother and Child".
Beautiful, colorful, detailed print of a Navajo woman with her nursing child.
From the Suzanne Brown Gallery, Scottsdale Arizona 1978

 R. C. Gorman has been called the "Picasso of the Southwest". He is an artist known all over the world. His works are in many museums and he is represented by galleries throughout the U.S. and in Europe. He works from the Navajo Gallery in Taos, New Mexico.

Sadly, Gorman passed away in November 2005 at the age of 74. When once asked how he would like to be remember, he replied "That I was a hard worker and that I cared about people."

Framed in a 11 x 14" solid black wooden frame with glass and double mat in royal and gray that picks up the colors of the print. Print is 8 1/2 x 11". Total dimensions with frame are 13 1/2 x 16 1/2. Great addition to your R.C. Gorman collection. My photo does not do justice to the actual beautiful print.

Note: I can frame in solid wood oak frame if requested on purchase.

also, frame has glass but is remved for photo to prevent glare
