Quality of Service

• We believe our feedback score and comments speak for themselves and we continually strive to maintain it.
• We are only human, however, and sometimes we might make a mistake. If this does happen, please don’t just leave negative feedback - give us a chance to put it right. Please contact us and will endeavour to put it right immediately.
• All our listings are described as accurately as possible and where necessary we list the cars that they will fit. However, if you have any doubts please contact first before purchase and will be verify it for you.

Despatch

• Once payment has been received, we aim to despatch items within one-two working days - 9 times out of ten it is within one day. 
• Small items will be sent by Royal Mail First class recorded delivery.
• Larger items and items of higher value will be delivered by courier on a next day delivery. 
• Courier prices quoted are for mainland UK only. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and certain remote areas will be liable for extended area surcharge. Please contact for an amended shipping cost. Parcels will need signing for and will be delivered anytime between 9am-5pm.
• We do not make any despatches on Saturdays or Sundays.  Orders received after 2pm on Fridays will be despatched on the following Monday.  
• We do not despatch on Bank Holidays. Orders will be despatched on the next working day. 
• We can ship to anywhere in the world.  Please contact us for a quote. 

Payment Details 

• Buyer must make contact within 24 hours of end of auction with payment details.
• We accept payment by paypal or credit or debit card - Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Maestro. 
• When paying by credit/debit card, we need a landline number. The address given must match the address allocated to the payment card.
• Buyers should phone us on 01462 490049 to give their credit/debit card details. We need the long number across the middle, the expiry date and the security code.
• Checks are made on all card payment transactions.  If your card payment does not meet all our criteria we will not despatch the item.  Buyers will be contacted in this instance. 

International purchasers

• We can ship to anywhere in the world.  Please contact us for a quote.
• Small items will be posted by Royal Mail International signed for.
• Larger or heavy items will be posted either by Euro 48, courier or Parcelforce International Scheduled depending on location.
• We must have telephone number for all overseas purchases in order to eliminate delivery problems
• If no postage costs for your area is listed, please contact us for price before making purchase or payment.
• The prices we quote for international orders will be the cheapest price we can offer.
