Gillinder & Sons: Generations of Excellence by Sylvia D. Szymanski - Much of this article is devoted to pieces produced for the Philadelphia Centennial Exposition in 1876. Photos show fair pieces as the centennial bread tray with Washington in center, a Constitution Bread tray and Centennial Exhibition (frosted) slipper. Also discussed are well known Gillinder press-glass patterns: Westward Ho, Mellon, Classic, and Stippled Star & Stippled Chain. 15 photos.

Dalzell-Viking: A Tradition Continues by Lee Garmon - The glass production of Dalzell-Viking is outlined. Five B&W photos and three color photos show pieces from different production periods such as a formal classics gold cobalt dinner set and ruby Gerogian tumblers.

Christmas Mugs by Joyce J. Johnston

Akro Agates Spiral Marbles by Mark Randall and Dennis Webb - The process Agro Akate developed for creating the spirals in marbles is described. Three large color photographs show the variety in this marble type. Opague and transparent body glass is shown with single and multicolor spirals.

Gorgeous Glass Cookie Jars by June Grayson - In her discussion of cookie jars, Grayson includes 12 color photos from her collection and eight B&W photos. Among those shown are Loetz-type art glass, Pink Bristol, Old Waterford cut glass and Thomas Webb satin glass.

Fostoria Remembered at Christmas: Sprigs of Holly by Milbra A. Long - Numerous pieces of Fostorias Holly pattern (1980) are shown in green and red.

Christmas Glass Then and Now by Betty Newbound - Displaying ornamental Christmas glass at its most appealing is an area at which Newbound excels. Four color photos and five of the eleven B&W photographs depict scenes which she creates with props. There are Westmoreland pieces, Boyds crystal art glass, a Moser glass sleigh and a milk glass sleigh made by Fostoria, a green glass tree by Moser, and several other pieces.

Art Glass Sculptured form by Lorenz Studio by Roserita Ziegler - Some of Lorenz works are described aided by two color plates and three B&W photos, one of which shows his awe inspiring Christmas Trees created with 12,800 hand blown crystal tear drops.
