This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The prisims are missing and not part of the listing.  I thought I would leave it to the next owner to pick them out.  There is no plug.  So I don't know if it works or not.  It was converted some time ago.  So I would hope the next owner would have it looked it at by a professional.  It is not signed but I believe the maker to be Sandwich.  It is an exceptional quality and the arms are paneled cut.  They come off the wall 14" and are 11 1/2" wide.   The brass back has some numbers and a C in a circle. So its American, I just don't know who made it. This is an early piece and satisfaction is always guaranteed.  Thank you for looking and please email if you have any questions.
