We deliver throughout United Kingdom & Ireland.

Deliveries to none mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any other offshore destinations may cost more. Free Delivery and express delivery price based on mainland. Please enquire before purchase.

In the light of recent and numerous online fraud attempts we reserve the right to deliver only to registered billing addresses and not to none connected delivery addresses. This does not affect your statutory rights and we will make a full refund if you do not wish to receive delivery of your items at your registered billing address. Our delivery agents are instructed to return the product to stores if they are unable to substantiate that the delivery recipient is resident at the said delivery address.

Delivery Services

Free Delivery:

If free delivery is offered for a purchase, this will be dispatched using an economy service. Free delivery to none mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any other UK offshore destinations is limited to a max weight of 2KG. Please note this service can take 3-5 days for delivery. Orders are normally shipped the next working day after 5pm.

Express Courier Service:

All of our COURIER orders are dispatched same day if payment is cleared by 2pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
With Our Express Courier Service:

• You will be given a one hour delivery window
• You are notified of this by text or email
• If not convenient you can use the text or email to change the delivery date
• Express delivery is usually delivered the next working day as long as there are no delays with the courier and orders are paid for before 2pm
• Express delivery is not guaranteed to remote areas of the UK and offshore locations. Delivery to these areas may take up to 3-5 working days.

If orders are urgent, we suggest you select the Express Delivery option which will guarantee same day dispatch if order is placed before 2pm on a working day (Saturday delivery currently not available via Ebay).

Please note the following:

• Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
• Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
• Courier deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. Please do NOT ask for delivery to be left in a porch, bin or other location. If a signature cannot be obtained, the courier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
• All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
• If parcels are returned back to us and re-delivery is necessary, then re-delivery costs would be chargeable.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified However, these cannot be guaranteed as occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control
We do not advise anyone to pre-book an electrician, plumber, builder, or any installer until goods have been received and checked.

Returns

Under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel any order purchased online within 7 days from the day after delivery. Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of the day you receive the goods. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were sent out, a refund will be organised.

The cost to return is at the expense of the buyer and it is not refundable. The postage and packaging charges on your original order are also non-refundable as this is part of our service to you that has been completed.

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us via ebay messages or by phoning us before we have dispatched the goods to you.

Where goods have already been dispatched, the customer may only return products to Boiler Parts Center, and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:

• The Customer may only return product to Boiler Parts Center for a refund or credit with the prior consent of Boiler Parts Center
• Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery.
• Products must be returned to Boiler Parts Center in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product, the packaging or any seals. If the product comes in a sealed box the seal must NOT be broken. The product must not have been used or installed and the spare parts must not have been installed. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned
• The Customer must return the part with a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
• The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The cost of carriage will NOT be refunded.
• Please be aware that all parts removed from sealed packaging are deemed as fitted and are only returnable if faulty.

• Faulty returned parts will be sent to the manufacturer and tested. If the part is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, Boiler Parts Center will credit 100% of the original value of the part to the Customer. If manufacturer indicates that fault has arisen due to some other defective component then refund would not be accepted and carriage or testing charges will apply.

• The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
  i. in the event that the product has been used or fitted
  ii. in the event that the seals have been or tampered with on Gas valves,pcbs or other electrical parts.
  iii. If product and packaging is not in original condition.

• This returns policy excludes Printed Circuit Boards, components fitted with printed circuit boards, gas valves, non-catalogue products and specially ordered products. These items are not refundable.
• Where the Customer returns products to Boiler Parts Center not in accordance with the above terms (e.g. after 14-days from the date of despatch or in an unfit state) Boiler Parts Center will refuse delivery or will apply a re-stocking charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing (subject to a minimum 25% of invoice value and a £5.00 minimum).

• All products are returned to Boiler Parts Center at cost to the Customer and at the customers own risk. Boiler Parts Center accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to them in transit (please ensure they are appropriately packed for transit).
  

Items purchased on auction style listings are not covered by our returns policy.

Please consult manufacturers for advice if unsure that this is the fault prior to ordering and upon receipt of the part please compare before removing packaging to confirm that the part is correct for the boiler.

Payment

We ask that checkout on Buy it Now & Auctions be completed within 2 days on items that are not requiring immediate payment.

Paypal

Paypal is currently our preferred method of payment and is the fastest way of making a instant payment in order for your goods to be dispatched straight away. Paypal E-Cheques will be accepted but items will not be dispatched until Paypal notify us that the cheque has cleared. This can take up to 12-15 business days.

Bank Transfer/Internet Banking

We also accept payments by Bank Transfer/Internet Banking this option is currently only available to UK buyers at this time, to use this method of payment please contact us after you have purchased your item/s to let us know you want to pay by Bank Transfer, we will then send you our banking details for you to send your payment to.

Please note funds can take anything from seconds upto 3 working days to show in our account and good will only be dispatched when the funds are in our account.

*Please report to us any delays in sending payment as any item not paid for after 7 days will be referred to eBay.

Term and Conditions

By bidding/buying our items you are accepting our Terms and Conditions as set out below.
We only sell brand new items.

All item descriptions are given honestly any known defects will be mentioned in the item description and that item will be sold at a reduced price.

ORDERING FROM US

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process or the Ebay listing. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

PRICING

Our prices are fully inclusive and we do not charge VAT on the price displayed.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

PARTS IDENTIFICATION

It is the duty of the Buyer to order the correct part. The seller shall deliver the part ordered and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advice supplied by a third party to the Buyer in the identification of the part required, whether through commercial recommendation or technical diagnosis.

COMPATIBLE PARTS

Some of the parts supplied by Boiler Parts Center are marked as compatible. These parts are replacement parts not manufactured/supplied by the boiler manufacturer. These parts would be supplied as in the photos. Most would not come with washers/gaskets/instructions. If you require the original part please e-mail for quotation.

LIMITED WARRANTIES

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published in this listing nor the suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
