On our CTS® 500K pots, we raised the overall resistance to 550k guaranteeing both consistent performance and specs. For example, these tighter specs assure that you will never have a 500k pot with a resistance under 500k, nor higher than 599k. On our CTS® 250K pots, we raised the overall resistance to 275k. For example, these tighter specs assure that we will never have a 250k pot with a resistance under 250k, nor higher than 299k. We offer a 14 day return policy on unopened items. All returns have to be returned in the same condition received. I can not sell used items. Do not return items which you installed or attempt to install. Pickups must not used or installed. (Had to change this due to people attempting to install and damaging items then wanting an exchange) Returns are money back or exchange for like item.
