Please don't purchase First Class Shipping and then request a Tracking number for your package.
Only Priority and Express shipping can be Insured. Often the automatic Insurance included with

Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Email your request
for authorization through the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link on the listing before returning
an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the
package containing your return and then ship it back to us.
When returning your item, be sure to include inside the package:
The auction item number, your ebay ID name, and your phone number~so we can credit your
Paypal account quickly. Returns should be shipped Insured or with Delivery Confirmation.
As for the Return Process:
All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes
A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may be applicable
Refund will be calculated as follows:*
