Lip Plumping gloss

 

The description says "Apply the plumping gloss 3 times a day for 28 days for a more kissable pout"
Can't say I had queues waiting but there is definitely some effect.

I used this for a couple of days and it honestly felt different.
It's not an incredibly harsh 'sting' at all, like a lot of the other plumpers. It's more of a pleasant tingle .

We try our utmost to picture AND describe the colour for you but in order to avoid an 'item not as described' we have to state categorically that the item title and description is the MANUFACTURERS NUMBER ONLY this is displayed in the drop down menu (brand shade name is in capitals in the listing description)(the auction is for 1 ITEM unless stated otherwise in the advert)

This does not include our assessment of the shade or the picture you see on your monitor. IT IS DEFINITELY UNWISE TO CHOOSE A SHADE FROM ANY MONITOR PICTURE OR SOMEONE ELSE'S DESCRIPTION as makeup is non-returnable (DSR regs)

If you are unsure and must have a specific and accurate colour it is best to message and ask for a pantone reference number which you can research. This is to avoid 'item not as described. We really try our best to describe a shade but everyone's opinion on clours differs

If your item is 'lost in the post' we do RESEND the item (and NOT refund) please allow the time for this eventuality. We have extremely fast turnaround times but it's up to Royal Mail once the item is at the sorting office . 

Claims of non-receipt will be filed with Royal Mail’s NRI and FRAUD department 15 days after postage (RM regs). Your name is added to their database each time you claim.

    If you are in any way unhappy with your item, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to resolve any problems 

COLOURS & SHADES. We try our hardest but cannot guarantee that your monitor and description of a shade will match with ours.   IF YOU NEED AN EXACT COLOUR OR SHADE OF AN ITEM  If you email We can provide a ‘Pantone’ ref shade which you can research. Our pictures and assessment of shades are merely a GUIDE (thus avoiding ‘item not as described’)

 

 If you change your mind about an item you have bought  We will exchange or refund item price on receipt of ‘as sold’ item. (see exceptions above) however we do not refund or pay for P&P on returns unless we sent an incorrect item. A ‘restocking fee’ of 20% may be applicable

Returns must be in ‘as sold’ condition , ie. Unopened /undamaged packaging

Exceptions to returnable items due to DSRs are as follows:

Personalised or cut-to-order items, make-up/cosmetics, lingerie and fancy dress
