Cancellations

Item bought by mistake. Contact us straight away to request a cancellation. Otherwise eBay automated none payment assistant will process any none payments cases. If item is already paid. Refund will be given less £0.50 admin fees (see refund section below). Refund will be only given after cancellation is completed.

Payment

Please pay by PayPal. Item must be paid within 3 days after purchase. Otherwise none payment case will be opened. We are using eBay automated none payment assistant. Item will be relisted after 3 days of none payment.

Shipping

Item purchased and paid before 3 PM will be dispatched on same day. Item purchased and paid after 3 PM will be dispatched next working day. Although we aim to have item(s) deliver to you ASAP. But please note that we have no control over the overall delivery service provided by royal mail. Normally item would be delivered within 5 working days. But it has been known to take up to 15 days to deliver by royal mail. 

Here is some excerpt from a royal mail lost mail claims:

We allow up to 15 working days for items to arrive, so cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items).

Please be patient if your item(s) is delayed by royal mail. We will not able to resend or refund within this 15 days period. We thank you for your understanding.

Items purchased at weekend and/or on British public holiday will be dispatched on next working day

Guarantee  

Please check the item(s) for any damages as soon as you receive them. Any damage to the item(s) must be notified us within 24 hours of receipt. All item(s) are security marked for identification. Item(s) damaged during installation will not be accepted.

Occasionally things can go wrong and genuine mistakes can and will happen as we all humans.  Please DO NOT leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting us first. Returns

All our sells are subject to the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Return the item in its original unused conditions within 14 days of purchase. We will give refund or exchange with no quibbles. Buyer will be responsible for return postage cost. However, we may not able to resolve any queries outside those 14 days period as set out according to the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013

Refund

Full refund will only be applied if item(s) was faulty/damaged or lost in the post (UK only). Other circumstances refund will be given less postage cost and £0.50 admin fees.
