SALES POLICY

·         We will be responsible for only shipping charges for sending the new replacement, not the return charge.

·         Returned product must be in its original package and include all accessories.

·         Item number and buyer's eBay ID need to be written on the returned package so that we can identify the original transaction.

·         We reserve the right not to refund Postage charges when the item has been posted

PAYMENT POLICY

·         Payment may be made by Credit / Debit card through PAYPAL, you do not need a PAYPAL account.

SHIPPING DETAIL

·         FREE p&p items are ALWAYS sent 2nd Class and usually take 5 - 10 business days to your PAYPAL registered address.

·         Unless otherwise indicated in the listing most other items are also sent 2nd Class.

·         There may be a facility within the payment options to upgrade to 1st Class at an additional cost.

·         We ONLY ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses.

·         We do NOT ship parcels to PO BOX addresses.

·         We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address so make sure your PAYPAL address is correct and the buyer will be responsible for any demurrage or return fees.
