Safety and how to use

This magnet works at it's best when applied applied to a flat solid steel surface of of 1". The case helps channel the power so the magnet clamps itself securely. Beware - Once applied you will not be able to pull it straight off, you will need to slide it off.

The Pull force is the point at which the metal being lifted will break away from the magnet. Not how much it will lift. The ferrous metal should be at least 10mm thick having a smooth surface. There would be no gap between magnet and metal. Even 1mm distance can reduce the pull by half. Room temperature is required. Perpendicular action, not tilted, as this would cause “sheer” and could slide off with the metals weight.

These magnets are dangerous to children and adults, don’t trap your fingers. Can affect pacemakers and damage any type of electrical goods, so be very careful.
