Unlike some cheaper label suppliers that may use inkjet printers, we use 

Thermal Transfer that gives a durable print that will not run, smear, or wash off in water.

Quality labels, permanent adhesive, printed in black ONLY.

Labels are 50mm x 25mm

The standard print is Arial, (same text as this page), center aligned, font to fit text or try a fancy font.

You are purchasing pre-printed labels as a single set, max 6 lines and 26 characters inc. spaces per line.

If a printing error occurs due to a mistake on our part, we will endeavor to rectify the situation quickly.

 We cannot be held responsible for printing errors caused by incomplete printing instructions or misspelt text supplied by the customer. Please be sure to thoroughly check your printing request prior to sending.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colour samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the labels.

SALES POLICY

·         We will be responsible for only shipping charges for sending the new replacement, not the return charge.

·         Returned product must be in its original package and include all accessories.

·         Item number and buyer's eBay ID need to be written on the returned package so that we can identify the original transaction.

·         We reserve the right not to refund Postage charges when the item has been posted

PAYMENT POLICY

·         Payment may be made by Credit / Debit card through PAYPAL, you do not need a PAYPAL account.

·         Payment for Buy It Now must be via PAYPAL / CHEQUE / POSTAL ORDERS / BACS

·         All PAYPAL Payments must be Confirmed before we ship out item

(Shipping and billing addresses must match)

·         We ONLY leave FEEDBACK upon receipt, using eBay automated business sellers' system.

SHIPPING DETAIL

·         FREE p&p items are ALWAYS sent via Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class and usually take 5 - 10 business days to your PAYPAL registered address.

·         There may be a facility within the payment options to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class or Parcelforce 24 / Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm (Mon-Fr) at an additional cost.

·         We ONLY ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses.

·         We do NOT ship parcels to PO BOX addresses.

·         We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address so make sure your PAYPAL address is correct, and the buyer will be responsible for any demurrage or return fees.

·         Shipping & Handling rate is fixed and non-refundable. It covers not just shipping cost; it includes packaging, postage etc.
