 This custom fan created modular building is designed to fit the specifications of the other popular buildings.   It fits in perfectly with the official LEGO released modular buildings such as 10190 Market Street, 10182 Cafe Corner, 10185 Green Grocer, 10197 Fire Brigade, 10211 Grand Emporium, 10218 Pet Shop, 10224 Town Hall, 10232 Palace Cinema, or even my many other custom buildings Corner Candy, City Post & Library, Jewelry Store, Laundromat & Gun Store, and Castle Concert Hall  (see my other auctions).  Now you can add Bowling Alley to your own collection by building it with the instructions available in this listing.

~What you are buying~
You are buying a PDF & Text Software Package containing custom step-by-step instructions and part lists for this model.  The instructions are in PDF form and include part boxes showing the exact parts you need for each step.  The package comes with a text format part list including part names and numbers so you know what you need to build the set.  You will also get an XML encoded part list which you can use to order the needed parts on Bricklink.com (the "Unofficial LEGO® Marketplace," a fan site devoted to LEGO brand item sales only!)  This file can be used for an easier and largely automated shopping experience.  In addition a third part file is included which can be use with the BrickStore software to manage your part needs or customize your parts shopping list.

Model Highlights
This set highlights many unique features!  It also uses some special building techniques and texture ideas.   The set design includes a fully furnished interior with a bowling alley in the lower level and bathrooms and an arcade in the upper level (see pictures above).  It will display perfectly with the other modular buildings in your collection as demonstrated in the multiple model photo above (other models are shown for display ideas only and are not part of this design or instruction package).
