Delivery Procedure:

         Orders are usually dispatched in the next working day. Single pair orders will be sent via royal mail recorded service which normally takes 2-3 working days however if not received within 5 days then it is most likely been delayed by royal mail and it is not our fault but if you contact us using the eBay messaging service then we will chase it up and reply to you within 24 hours. This service a signature to confirm delivery however if nobody is present at the address then a note will be left for the order to be collected from the local collection office. Orders of two or more pairs then it will be sent as a next day delivery which also requires a signature for confirmation of delivery 

Returns Procedure:

         We wish for you to be happy with your order however for ANY reason you are unhappy with your order then it can be sent back however it must be in the original packaging and unworn. Return postage will have to be covered by the customer unless in the unlikely case of it being our fault then we will take full responsibly and pay for the postage cost. Please contact us before making a return using the resolution center or via eBay messaging service.
