Payment for Buy It Now may be made via PAYPAL / CHEQUE / POSTAL ORDERS / BACS.

Payment from Auction bidders may be made by Credit / Debit card through PAYPAL, you do not need a PAYPAL account.

Payment must be made within 48hrs of the sale being made or auction end time.

If you have any problems making payment within this period PLEASE let us know.

FREE p&p items are ALWAYS sent by ROYAL MAIL 2nd Class and usually take 5 - 10 business days to your PAYPAL registered address.

There may be a facility within the payment options to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery / Courier at an additional cost, upgraded items are given priority over other items and so have a quicker dispatch time.

We aim to despatch all items within 2 working days of receiving your order.

We ONLY ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses.

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address so make sure your PAYPAL address is correct and the buyer will be responsible for any return fees.

Shipping & Handling rate is fixed and non-refundable. It covers not just shipping cost, it includes packaging, postage etc.

We do NOT ship parcels to PO BOX addresses.

You will receive a confirmation email from us to your registered email address, click on the link contained within that email, or you can fill in the send the seller a message section on the eBay or PayPal page at time of ordering.

We only take text from the instruction given at time of booking so please ensure your instructions are clear.

WE WILL NOT just print your name and address as per PAYPAL.

We DO NOT offer a refund on printed labels. However If the defect is deemed to be our fault we will rectify as soon as we are advised.

We will be responsible for only shipping charges for sending the new replacement, not the return charge.

Returned product must be in its original package and include all accessories.

Item number and buyer's eBay ID need to be written on the returned package so that we can identify the original transaction.

We reserve the right not to refund Postage charges when the item has been posted.
