1. We accept Paypal payments only.

2. Please note if you are paying by e-cheque using Paypal, your order cannot be process untill the payment gets cleared through Paypal.

3. Please note your shipping address must match your PAYPAL address, once you pay for the items we will not be able to cancel the order.

4. If you want to change the shipping address please change it before making the payment as we can not change the shipping address later, 

we will not be able to check your messages on order notes regarding address change or other information

1. Please note UK delivery timescale is normally 8-12 Working Day.  Delays are possible in case of force majeure. SpeedPAK can sometimes take more working days to deliver parcels. Subject to actual transportation.

2. For international buyers we use STANDARD SPEEDPAK or EXPRESS SHIPPING serive.

3. European Orders

Maniland Europe Delivery timescale : 8-15 working days however sometimes it could take longer than usual. So we request you to please wait atleast 15 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. 

4. Worldwide delivery timescale is normally 10-15 working days however sometimes it could take upto 30 days  for delivery. If you are not happy to wait 30 days from the time of purchase please do not purchase. 

For all returns , please Message us via eBay Message, we will make our effort to help you resolve the problem.

1, If you no longer want the item you purchased, please send us a message from the eBay message about the details. 

   Please note the item must be in its original condition as received and unopened.

   For security, healthy and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used.

2, if the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent.  

3, if you simply purchased the item by mistake and no longer want the item and can comply with policy

(1) we can only refund total amount you paid minus 25% handling fee.  

(2)Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error.
