Standard Delivery

We Offer Free Postage and Packaging on all orders. We use Royal Mail 48 for Parcels & 2nd Class Letters for small items. We are unable to provide tracking numbers however we do have a delivery confirmation barcode on most Royal Mail Services which is scanned on delivery. The majority of orders will arrive within 48 hours of dispatch, however some may take up to 15 working days. If after 15 working days your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us via eBay message.

Express Delivery

Larger items include express 24hr delivery by DPD

Before you place an order please make sure you supply us with your correct delivery address as we won’t be able to make amendments to the address once the order has been submitted.

If you wish to return your purchase, please send your item back to us in its original packaging in an unused condition within 30 days of receipt. We highly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service. Please provide us with as much information as possible on the returns form to be entitled to a refund or exchange.
