Shipping

We ship worldwide! We process orders and ship them within 24 – 48 hours. We offer Standard Shipping (typically 10-14 business days for delivery) and Express Shipping –via EMS/DHL (typically 4-7 business days for delivery).

Please note that cost of shipping has been calculated into the total cost of listings with "free shipping" and if a product is returned for a refund, the shipping fee that has been included in the order total ($5-$10 for small items and $45 for larger items) will not be refunded.

Please note that for some destinations (particularly countries in South America and Eastern Europe) the shipping times may take longer than average. Please note that packages may be stopped at Customs upon arrival to your country and it may take some time to release them.

We are not responsible for these delays by Customs OR for duties, taxes, and charges in your country. Shipping times may take longer due to holidays throughout the year.

Payment

Please note that we are not responsible for any duty/sales/VAT or custom taxes in your country. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any delays at customs. The buyer assumes all responsibility for possible taxes and delays. ​

Return Policy

If you would like to return a product, you may do so only if the item is in its original package and has not been opened or used and within 14 days of receiving the package. For such items, we will offer a full refund, excluding our initial shipping cost. Please note that the buyer will cover the shipping of the product back to us. The refund will only be issued once the product is back at our office. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
