We will make every effort to post very  quickly - the items will usually be posted either on the same day  that the payment is made or on the next business day.

POSTAGE INSURANCE:

All items posted in Australia will have Transit Cover. If an item arrives damaged or broken while in transit please do not discard packaging and take the item to the Post office as it needs to be sighted by a postal worker. You will need to obtain a damage report form and fill it out in order to initiate the investigation by Australia Post. When this is completed please send us a reference number that you obtain from Australia Post and we will send a replacement or provide a refund for your damaged item.
