This is an original, U.S.A.F, 374th Tactical Airlift Wing patch. It has a cut edge with a glue back. Size is approx: 3 inches tall by approx: 3 inches wide at its widest point (bottom). This patch has a glue back.  I have this exact patch without a glue back in my store and it is a little larger but not by much. The picture is a representation of the patch you will receive.
