I wear a 9 1/2 shoe what size should I order?

The sizes run like this, a men's 8/9 actual fits a 8 to 9 1/2 shoe.

International Shipping:

If USPS does not offer tracking to your address
So there are 2 options you must choose one.

1.
We can purchase a certificate of mailing from USPS which proves we mailed and shipped your package.
We can email you a copy of it to you.
if package does not arrive then you agree its not our fault, and you will not open a case in either paypal or ebay against us.
If you agree simpily reply " I agree to your terms "

If you do not agree we will refund your money and cancel this purchase with no bad feedback and you agree the same.

2.
If Ebay Global Shipping system show up the we will ship it to you and you do not have to agree to any terms.
We have just joined this and it is not available on items or locations.

You must agree to one of the above if you order to us.

I am getting request to combing shipping. I will ship as cheap as possible to you.
