Nikon HB-69 Lens Hood for Nikkor AF-S DX 18-55 mm VR II Lens. Lens hoods are primarily designed to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens. In addition, since the end of the lens is extended, you also get the added benefit of some extra protection from accidental impact. Dedicated lens hoods are designed to match the specific focal length of the lens it was designed for.

Dispatch Orders dispatched by our carriers will require a signature upon receipt. Orders are sent via Courier or Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the following business day.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Courier, or Royal Mail. For all Internet orders, an message is sent to advise a date of dispatch. This also serves as an acceptance of your order and notes your right to cancel your order. We cannot follow up non-delivery of orders until at least 5 days have lapsed from the date the tracking e-mail is sent.

When placing an order by credit/debit card, goods will only be dispatched to the cardholder at the address where the credit/debit card is registered, unless Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode passwords are used during the payment process.
