About cue weight changes: At Nielsen's Billiards, we will try to get the cue as close as possible to the desired weight. Usually we can come within 1/10 of an ounce to the desired weight requests. Exact matches may not be possible, but we will try. We always try to do our best and keep our customers happy with prompt and courteous communication. FREE Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $0.00 for shipping in the continental US. Shipping will be via USPS mail with delivery confirmation or UPS ground if you elect and the shipment time is generally 1-4 business days depending on your location. We ship your order out the same or next business day upon receiving your payment. Most orders leave the same business day!
FREE Non Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $12.00 for shipping in the non continental US. Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipment time is 3-5 days. Non continental US destinations and territories outside the Continental US include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc. UPS is not available to non continental US locations. APO shipments are not trackable per US military mail. Insurance is required on all APO shipments. APO shipment times can vary and are generally 7-21 business days.
International Shipping - (Asia, Australia, Europe, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South America and United Kingdom) International shipping is $34.00. Shipping to Canada is $19.00. All international shipping rates are quoted using USPS First Class mail International and general delivery time for International shipments is estimated at 10-21 business days.
OPTIONAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - If you prefer USPS Priority mail International with tracking (which also includes insurance) simply add $10.00 to the rates stated above. (Asia, Australia, Europe, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South America and United Kingdom) Optional international Priority mail is $44.00. Optional international Priority mail to Canada is $29.00. International USPS Prioirty mail estimated shipment time is 5-10 business days.
