This particular strain is heat tolerant and slow bolting so a good one for Spring sowing but also suitable year round. Bok choy a fast growing asian vegetable that can be used in stir frys or steamed. Its highly nutritious and tasy and super easy to grow!
Sowing time - All year, try to avoid hottest and coldest times of year
Prefer sunny position, sow 3mm deep, emerge 6-10days
Harvest in approx 6-8 weeks after sowing
