Yes, 1 Year warranty on all parts! 

Why the items I received is bad/broken?

All the items are tested by our technical people. All the items are tested to be OK, then sent out by us.

As the bulbs/lights are electrical items, it has some defect rate. It is normal. Also because of long distance transportation from opposite side of the earth, 

it can also cause the item broken or scratched or the wire broken.

What is our defect rate?

Our hid kits’ defect rate is only 2-3% within warranty time.  Not like other suppliers’ 20-50%.  Our hid quality is top, stable, durable, no flicker. 

All products are inspected and tested by our certified technicians before shipping! 

And the wattage of our hid products is 100% enough power, supper brightness. Not like other suppliers’ product, not enough wattage, not very much brightness.

How do you solve the problems for the defects if HID products not working within warranty time?

If any defect (broken) hid products within 1 year warranty, we will replace new and good hid products to you together with your next order.

For the defect HID xenon products, you don’t need to return us because the shipping freight is so high, it is not valuable.

The one thing you do is: just cut off the wire of the defect ballast or bulbs, then take photos to us. not need send the fault back to exchange the new one.

Customs Declaration:

1) We as seller do not bear any customs duty or tax for your imported products.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office or your country's Custom website to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.

When the courier dispatch the parcel to you and let you to pay import custom tax, it is normal, and it is your responsibility.

Other store seller also like that, they won't bear any imported custom duty or tax.
As seller, we are responsible for Export tax/duty to overseas.

2) As seller, we try to help you to declare lower value of the items when we send the parcel, so that you will pay less import custom tax.

But some countries has very strict import rulers, Like Norway, UK, Germany and other some countries, it doesn't allow seller to declare lower value of the goods. 

 So we will declare the same value as the total amount of the order in the invoice. Please note that.

3) DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT can not reach to few remote areas in your country,if you choose Express and living remote areas.You should pay the additional shipping charge USD35. 

If your area belongs to remote areas, the parcel can't reach, or you need to pay more freight, our customer service will contact you for charge for USD35

Especial for the people comes from the country of Eastern/Middle Europe, the Middle East and South American. It needs to pay the extra shipping cost!

4) Order can not be shipping to any P.O. boxes if shiped by Express such as DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT. 

Order can only be shipped to physical addresses like your home address or your Office address if shiped by Express such as DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT. 

Shipping

 All Items will be shipped to buyer's Paypal confirmed Address.

We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the shipping address. Please make sure your PayPal address is up-to-date.

All items will be shipped within 48 business hours upon receipt of payment (except Saturday and Sunday).

If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We will track the shipment and get back to you in 24-48h with a reply.

Notes for delivery:

1. The order within 2KG to United States will all be shipped by ePacket from China. Most of clients from USA will get the items within 15 days.

    If the order over 2KG to United States, we will ship you by Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT or divide into two or three parcels by ePacket from China.  

Which shipping way we will ship depend on which is cheaper for us. Most of Delivery time is 7-15 days.

2. Orders from other countries will shipped by economic int'l shipping. Most of clients will get the items within 30-45 days. 

3. For Some countries like Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, India, Indonesia，Israel, Turkey, Middle East, Czech, Slovakia，Middle/Eastern Europe and etc,

 It will take more than 45 days to arrive by economic int'l shipping.

4. If you want fast shipping, please select expedited int'l shipping and pay shipping freight.
