THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING AN EBERSPACHER HEATER

1. Only officially authorised Eberspacher UK dealers like us (H Bowers) are allowed to sell their heaters.<>

2. Only officially authorised Eberspacher UK dealers like us (H Bowers) can offer a 36 month warranty (see above link for approved dealers). There is no such thing as a 24-36 month warranty. Any seller offering anything but a 36 month warranty is NOT A UK DEALER.

3. Be aware of imported kits that are being offered for sale in the UK through non official UK suppliers. Ask the seller to clarify their warranty procedure. If you are asked to remove the heater and return it to them for any warranty claims then AVOID! A heater purchased through the dealer network can be taken to any dealer in the world to be serviced/repaired without you having to remove it yourself!

4. Eberspacher UK will refuse any warranty claim for a heater not purchased through the dealer network

5. Does the seller provide technical assistance with knowledgeable staff only a phone call away? We do!!

6. Does the seller have an onsite workshop with fully trained technicians to install, service & repair heaters? We do!!
