RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
Returns are permitted per consent of IPS. A minimum restock charge of 15% will be imposed on returns due to buyer's error and/or "buyer's remorse", and the original shipping cost, eBay & PayPal transaction fees will also be deducted from the refund.Authorized returns will be credited at the invoiced price, minus any applicable fees. IPS cannot accept returns on standard industrial grade brass fittings. Items returned due to manufacturers’ defect or shipping error will be void of the fees stated above. The appropriate amount will refunded back to the buyer's PayPal account after the item has been received back to us. IPS does not issue cash or check refunds to any customer.

ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER PROCESSING MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 25% CANCELLATION FEE!

DAMAGE CLAIMS
The addition of Insurance to a shipment are the Purchaser's responsibility. Damage claims must be made immediately to IPS within 5 calendar days of receipt. IPS will make every attempt to help as much as possible in settling claims. MOST Merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturer defects. A return of the damaged or defective merchandise to IPS or Mfg. with prior authorization WITHIN the warranty period may be requested before a credit can be issued or replacement sent.

LIABILITY
IPS will not be held responsible for water or other damages caused due to improper use and/or installation or due to product defects. All liabilities are deemed the responsibility of the customer or the Mfg. of said product, if it is deemed defective.IPS shall be held harmless of any and all damages including (but not limited to) physical injury, property damage, water damage or otherwise for any reason.

IPS can not control the circumstances for which installations are made nor can IPS control manufacturer's quality. Furthermore, IPS can not control the circumstances once the installation has been made and the activity surrounding said installation by the end user. Hence, IPS will not be held responsible for water or any other damages incurred by improper use, installation or "claimed product defects".

IPS is a distributor, not a manufacturer. All liabilities are deemed the responsibility of the customer/end-user or the Mfg. of said product, if it is deemed defective.

SHORTAGES
If you do not receive the full quantity of items for your order, IPS will check the shipping camera as well as re-pull the order to compare the recorded shipping and delivery weights for any discrepancies or as proof of the shipped amount by weight.

For International, 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipments, please send us a message prior to placing your order indicating your preferred shipping method, and we will send an invoice through PayPal.

SALES TAXES
The Purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of all state, local, sales, use and gross receipts taxes resulting from transactions with IPS regardless of placement of liability for the tax by law.

In cases where the necessary sales taxes is not added to the order by error of eBay or PayPal, a separate invoice will be sent which must be approved prior to shipping.

Some of the products, may or may not meet CA./VT. Prop65 or AB1853 for lead content.
