Standard free 2nd class shipping on all orders 1st class and special delivery are available at extra charge on all listings on checkout.
Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1 to 3 working days

On the rare occasion that items are damaged in the post, please contact me on receipt of item. I will need photo evidence of the damage or the fault, in order for the issue to be resolved.
I cannot accept returns on opened items, as they are not re-sellable
Return postage cannot be paid for items returned, except where an item is faulty, in some cases a prepaid postage label is sent to you to return the goods.
