ELSBETH HEIM
Piano Pour L'An 2000
Duchesne DD 6064 Liege-Belgique (Manufactured in Belgium)

RARE Pressing of solo piano work in front of a live audience.
Nicely recorded! It's in Mono.
Side B sounds clean and quiet!
and we spot-checked the "problem" areas on side 1:
Most of that side has occasional loud pops and tic noises:
The previous owner (and/or the pressing plant) use just one long folded inner sheet as a "sleeve",
and the vinyl was sandwiched between the sleeve and the innards of the jacket...
SO there  is stippling and feelable marks, which cause the noise on side A.
SIDE 2 looks VG++ / "almost mint" and plays quietly where we checked.
We carefully played the Stockhausen track all the way through, using a properly aligned cartridge / stylus / tonearm combo,
tracking at the recommended weight and with a reasonably fresh stylus purchase about one month ago.
The entire Stockhausen track plays great, and the other randomly checked portions of Side B also play with no issues or noise.

Tracklisting is visible on our photos.
Karlheinz STOCKHAUSEN's piece is: KLAVIERSTUCK IX from 1954.
The other artists on this LP, besides the Swiss pianist, are
VLADIMIR VOGEL, HANS ULRICH LEHMANN, HEINZ HOLLIGER, OLIVIER MESSIAEN and ZSOLT DURKO.

The jacket has yellowing from age, but the front is still nice and glossy with no serious wear.
There is some  faded handwriting in the upper-left corner, some minor corner bending,
and the lower opening edge has some minor abrasion and a tiny tear.
The back has notes in German (not sure which dialect), French and English.
There's a small stain, but no real problems, and the seams are intact.
