We have specialist knowledge in products we sell and always happy for customers to ask us questions before they buy.  We buy direct from the manufacturers to ensure the highest quality of product for our customers.  Our workwear and safety footwear ranges comprises of the following brands Amblers, Apache, Dewalt, Grafters, U-Power and Skechers work. We are one of the only independent companies to stock school shoes all year round from Kickers, Hush Puppies and Lelli Kelly as we know childrens feet grow all year round. We cater for men and women through our extensive ranges of Rieker, Remonte, Lotus and Skechers as well more specialist activities such as walking with Hi-tec, Muck Boots and Bogs. We also love our cowboy boots from prestigious brands Grinders and Wrangler. Additionally we are the largest independent stockist of Lelli Kelly and Bull Boys footwear in the UK so we really cater for everyone!

Once payment has been taken through Ebay, your order will be dispatched same day on orders placed before 1pm.  Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.

Standard Delivery FREE

Our standard service is shipped using Royal Mail. All orders over £20 will be dispatched on a Royal Mail 48 Tracked service which is usually a 2-3 day delivery timescale but not guaranteed.

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery £7.95

Our guaranteed next day service is sent using DPD. Please be aware next delivery on orders placed on a Friday will arrive on Monday, if you need a Saturday delivery it is £12.95 and will be delivered by DPD.

What is your returns policy?

We will accept returned goods within a 60 day period. If you change your mind after receiving the item(s)...no problem, just send them back and for a full refund. The shoes do however have to be returned in an unworn condition, in the original packaging with the labels attached. If there is a problem with the goods received we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of delivery. This includes incorrect items received, missing items or faulty goods. We must be notified within 14 days if you have not received your item. Please note we will not accept returns with writing or stickers on the box. If items received are defaced/damaged then a £5.00 re-packaging charge will be deducted from the refund. You must ensure the parcel is returned in postal packaging even if the courier says they will provide packaging, returns labels on the actual box/bag will incur the re-packaging charge.

All Lelli Kelly Products must be returned with the free gift unused and in the packaging unopened, if the gift is not returned it will incur a deduction of £5.00

What happens if I don't like the item or they do not fit?

No problem. Just send the item back to us in the original condition and we will process a full refund.

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible. We therefore aim for a target time of them being processed the day the goods are received back. However, this may on occasion take up to 3 - 4 days to process, especially at busy periods.

Where should I send my returns?

Please open a return on Ebay which will generate a returns label for you free of charge

Do I have to pay for postage?

No we offer a free returns service within 60 days of receiving the item.

What if I believe my item has a fault?

Please contact us through Ebay with a few photos of the fault so we can advise the best course of action with potential faulty products before returning the item.
