For sale are TWO (2) #12 Sailmaker's Needle from Wm. Smith & Son.

These are heavy-duty needles designed for hand-sewing canvas sails.  They're also great for backpack and gear repair, sewing hides, and anywhere a regular sewing needle can't get the job done.  In a pinch, and imaginative bushcrafter could even craft a blowgun dart from one of these.
