| Shipping |
Heartbeat City will gladly combine your shipping costs whenever and wherever possible. To receive combined shipping, you must first wait for us to invoice you for shipping, before sending your PayPal payment. Once you have paid we cannot refund differences or make adjustments. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Shipping costs are based on insurance value, package weight, dimensional weight, packaging materials and our ability to package your parts together. |
| Alaska & Hawaii |
The shipping costs in all of our listings are for domestic shipments to the lower 48 United States. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can be considerably higher due to actual or dimensional weight. Please call or email for a shipping rate quote. Business hours are listed above. All Shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam, The US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and any other US terroritory may be considerbly higher. |
| Returns |
Heartbeat City accepts returns on all items sold in our eBay store with the exception of stencil kits, decals, paints and electrical parts. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund less shipping costs. We do not use eBay's automated return system, nor do we use eBay auction cancellations. |

Heartbeat City ships all over the world on a daily basis. We have many wonderful clients in Canada, Australia, The United Kingdom, France, Germany, and many other great countries. We are more than capable of shipping your parts to anywhere in the world. We use FedEx® International Air Economy for heavier or large shipments. We can ship rear axles to Australia or wheels to Canada. Please email us for a quote if you wish to bid on larger items.
