What is Inositol?

Inositol is a 100% pure pharmaceutical grade microcrystalline powder.  Inositol is a fundamental ingredient of cell membranes and is necessary for proper function of nerves, brain, and muscles in the body.

Inositol usually refers to Myo-Inositol, a small molecule structurally similar to glucose that is involved in cellular signalling.  Some studies show that Inositol appears to be an effective in reducing anxiety at higher doses, and is quite effective in treating insulin resistance and PCOS with standard doses.
