Instruction 

1. After cleansing and skincare, please the Step 1 mask on the area with blackheads. Use a steamed towel before use to open up the pores. 

2. Remove the mask after 10 minutes and gently remove the softened sebum and blackheads using a cotton bud. 

3. Roll the cotton bud in an inward direction from bottom to top 

4. Place the Step 2 mask on for 10 minutes to soothe and shrink the pores. 

5. Remove the step 2 mask and light pat the remaining gel into skin. (No need to rinse) 

Cautions for use 

1. If you experience any symptoms such as redness, swelling or itchiness during usage or from exposure to direct sunlight after usage, suspend use and consult a physician. 

2 Do not use on wounds or other areas of skin irritation.

3. Keep out of reach of children.  

4. Keep away from direct sunlight.

We post from Sydney NSW. All items posted within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds. All listing comes with standard delivery option which is regular post carried by Australia Post. Please note this method does not have a tracking number. Once the item left our warehouse we have no control over transit. Registered post is available in each listing and is highly recommended fro extra tacking and peace of mind. We only ship within Australia. You can get the product in 2 ~ 9 working days. Return Policy 

Items must be returned within 7days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to MIK-SYDNEY within 7days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us. If you request an exchange, you must pay MIK-SYDNEY any costs associated with us delivering the exchange item to you and if the exchange item is of a higher value that the return item, you must also pay us the difference in price. Shoes must be unworn and only tried on when on carpet. Clothing must be in their original conditions and unworn with original tags. Shoes and clothing must be in original packaging. All sew in labels are still to be attached. 

How to return an item 

Please message us to request a refund first, then we will provide the information. No refunds will be considered without return authorisation include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the return authorisation email from us and the original receipt. Additional freight will be charged if you require a replacement item. Once we receive your returned products, we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.
