Lost or damaged parcels

If you have any lost or missing products from your order please contact us.

Lost parcels must be reported to us within 30 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund or exchange if the products are returned (within 30 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you require an exchange, please make sure you include the full product name you wish to exchange your order for. We cannot accept any returns which have been opened due to health and safety reasons. We can only accept returns that are in their original condition, and all goods are inspected on return.
