Welcome to ThePhoneCasePlace! We offer phone cases made with brilliant color, high resolution images, and lots of creativity. There are many models available for each design, so make sure to check the drop down box to see the models we offer, and know we will most always have all the newest and most popular model phones available.
Customized Phone Cases
All designs are customizable with names if you would like. If you would like your case to include a name, please make sure to add that name in the comment section when checking out, or send me a message directly. Any orders where no name has been submitted will be processed without a name. Any orders submitted with custom names are not qualified for any returns unless damaged. Misspellings on behalf of the buyer will not be replaced, so please be mindful of spelling. All cases are customizable so if you want your name on a case, just make sure to leave a comment or send a message during checkout or immediately afterwards.
Styles of Cases Available
We offer 2 main styles of cases: Plastic and Rubber
Plastic
Plastic cases are slim fitting and have a sleek slender style, allowing the user to easily slide the phone in and out of pockets that will offer basic phone protection from scratches and dents. These are good for those who don’t like to bulk up the size of their phone with a case, and for those who just want the ability to show off their passion with a fresh design!
Rubber
The rubber style case is a slim fitting rubber case that gives your phone some protection against drops, and protects the phone from table surfaces by adding a small lip to the screen allowing the phone to be placed face down. As most people are already aware-no matter what style case you have, if you drop the phone at a specific angle, the phone can still crack. The rubber style case will help with most drops, but it’s not impervious to everything so be careful! The rubber case has rubber buttons, and gives you enough space for your charger and headphone ports.
Custom Phone Cases
The design process that we use allows our customers to literally create any case they can possibly imagine. This includes using any photo you find on the Internet, any photograph you have taken, or even artwork that you have created. We can use the advanced techniques of Photoshop to give life to any and all ideas. We will work with you to figure out exactly what you are looking for. We will come up with a mock up and send you an example of what your design will look like on your specific case. We will continue to edit the design until you find it to be absolutely perfect! We will never send you anything that you aren’t 100% satisfied with. So get creative, start Googling, and go crazy with the infinite amount of possibilities there can be with a custom case! Shipping Information…
Shipping is First Class USPS, which takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive. We will ship your item within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, and strive to get you your case as soon as possible. International shipping will take 7 to 30+ days depending on your location. As always, Shipping is FREE for those within the United States!
Please note the shipping time after purchase is different for those purchasing custom cases. We ship your design within 24-48 hours of your approval of the design.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional payment, which we would ship your package with Priority Mail, which takes usually 1 to 3 days to arrive, usually 24 to 48 hours. If you are interested in expedited shipping, use the additional shipping option when checking out.
Refunds and Exchanges…
We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. We will never leave you hanging and will always do everything in our power to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges for all of our products for up to 14 days of receiving. If you have any issues with a case for whatever reason, please send me a message outlining the issue so I can resolve it for you. Working in retail for over 10+ years has shown me that without good customer service and the ability to rectify problems, a business won’t survive, so my number one priority is making sure our customers are happy. Since custom cases cannot be resold, only defective custom case items will be considered returnable.
