When will you post my order?

Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will be dispatched within 1- 2 business days Monday to Friday (excluding QLD Public Holidays)

How long will it take to receive my order?

All parcels are sent from Brisbane in Queensland.

Delivery times depend on your location within Australia. Estimated delivery dates advised on eBay are a guide only.

Transit times are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post delays.

Large Letters – Please be aware that Large Letters can take longer than the Estimated Delivery Times that eBay automatically adds to our listings. The estimated Delivery Times that eBay displays on our listings is based on Parcels which are often faster than large letters.

At times Large Letters can take up to 14 Days to be delivered to all parts of Australia. If your order is a Large Letter please be patient and allow extra time for your order to be delivered.

Please Note - Due to the Fabric being cut to size for each order, all returns will attract a 15% Restocking Fee.

Please do not return goods without our authorization.

All items must be received back in their original condition to receive exchange.

All sale items are non-refundable.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

We advise our customers to return your purchase with tracking as Find a Fabric is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Find a Fabric reserves the right to refuse any item returned if it is not received in its original condition.
