Flaxseed Banana Bread

Ingredients:

    1 ½ cups Flaxseed Baking Flour Health Embassy

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    ½ teaspoon salt

    3 ripe bananas, mashed

    2 eggs

    ¼ cup honey

    ¼ cup coconut oil

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine Flaxseed Baking Flour Health Embassy, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.  Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
