Unfortunately
Actifrys occasionally malfunction. I offer a repair service on all
Actifrys and even arrange collection via courier from your home or
wherever you can leave it securely and safely packaged for
collection. Check my other eBay listings for details.
If
you are planing to buy an internal part – paddle motor or shaft,
fan, pcb, heating element or thermostats – you are going to need a
torx-star tamper-proof security tool just to get in. If you haven't opened one of
these before my advice is to take plenty of pictures as you are going
along, especially with the wiring and take extreme care with the
easily broken plastic hinge-pin and 5” semi-circular external hinge
cover.
If
you have a used but broken machine do not throw it away!!! - I may buy
it from you and use some of the parts to help get someone else's machine
frying again! I will even arrange the courier at no cost to you !!
