Tecoma Stans
Also known as the Yellow Elder, the Yellow Trumpet Bush, or Ginger-Thomas
This attractive plant grows as a densely branched shrub or small tree.
The official flower of the United States Virgin Islands. It bears large,
showy, bright golden yellow trumpet-shaped flowers that hang in
clusters at the branch tips and forks, bending the twigs into arches
with their weight. Delicate rust-red lines decorates the interior throat
of these blooms and attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
Fallen blossoms will form a pool of gold on the ground.
It is drought-tolerant and grows well in warm climates, it prefers full
sun. USDA Zones 7 - 11. Freeze tolerance varies dramatically, with some
forms able to survive temperatures down to around 10ºF (-12.2º C) and
others severely injured by only a few degrees of frost. Does very well
as a potted patio plant.

Many times it is a misconception because the seed does not have the density to sink in water. Accordingly, The Plant Attraction does not guarantee seeds to perform properly regardless of conditions or buyer's methods or mistakes.
