There are 5 black colored, T6 head, 5.8mm screws to secure the logic board to the front panel. There are also 5x silver colored, phillips head, 2.65mm screws in the back panel of the iPod. Three of those secure the headphone jack/hold switch assembly - and the other two secure the dock plastic in the back panel.
These are original screws removed from an iPod and are in good condition.
