Features: This Vintage Child's Play Iron with Cord is used but intact and in working order. It appears to either be part of a child's toy set from early 1960s, or sold on it's own. This particular iron has gold-tone foil under the dial with material style; cotton, Linen, Silk and Wool. There are three buttons to press on top of the orange plastic handle. The metal body has a gold tone to upper surface, and silver and bare metal on the flat surface used for ironing. When plugged in, it does get warm quite quickly. Very nice and perfect for one's larger doll display or use by one's child (closely monitored, of course).
Size: Approximately 7 inches (17.75 cm) in height. Depth is 4 inches (10 cm) at deepest point and 3.5 inches (9 cm) at width of iron surface.
Age: 1960s.
Condition: Condition is subjective but item does appear to have been a well loved item or used in the capacity it was created for showing wear to it's paint and surface scratches. I will be washing the iron (especially the cord) off - didn't look as soiled until I put the pictures up. Email contact seller if you have any questions on this item.
