Overseas Buyers note Ebay requires that you be aware we must declare the value of the goods purchased, that you the buyer is responsible for any and all customs charges. That even though items are shipped weekly that airmail packages which normally may arrive in 10 to 17 days that Ebay and the seller are unable to guarantee a delivery time. If we ship Airmail customs delays and your own countries postal service may delay delivery make sure your address is accurate. We have no control over your counties postal service. We will provide you with the export number which will indicate when the item was processed by the US Postal service. If you want to upgrade your shipping to priority mail at an additional charge you will be able to track your shipment. We recommend that all overseas shipments be insured.We also recommend purchasing multiple items which will upgrade your shipment to priority mail and allow you to track the item through the postal system.
